Subject: Revised Members of Human Resources Cell (2025–2026)
This is to inform that the following members have been nominated as the revised members of the Human Resources Cell for the academic year 2025–2026. The cell will oversee matters related to human resource planning, staff welfare, and compliance with the guidelines of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.

Functions and Responsibilities
- To assess the requirement of teaching, non-teaching, and hospital staff as per NCISM norms.
- To review the existing human resource strength of the institution and identify gaps.
- To recommend recruitment and appointment of required staff for smooth functioning of academic and hospital services.
- To monitor staff welfare, work distribution, and performance within the institution.
- To ensure that the institution maintains adequate manpower as per regulatory requirements.
- To provide suggestions for capacity building, training, and professional development of staff.
- To periodically review the Human resource policies and staffing pattern of the institution.
All members are requested to cooperate for the effective functioning of the Human Resources Cell.
